01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dd77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the dd77 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, casino products, and any other services provided by dd77 (collectively, the "Services").

By completing account registration, making a deposit, or engaging in any gaming or betting activity on dd77, you represent that:

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction. dd77 does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active dd77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses pending a fraud review.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method. dd77 may, at any time, require you to submit supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided. Failure to comply with a verification request within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dd77 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. dd77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify dd77 support immediately. dd77 will investigate all reported incidents and may temporarily freeze the account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.3 Account Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal and financial information held on your dd77 account is kept up to date. Changes to your name, address, or payment method must be communicated to support and may require re-verification.

3.4 Non-Transferability

Your dd77 account, including any funds, bonuses, or rewards accumulated within it, is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits therein to another party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dd77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. dd77 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on dd77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to standard BDT transactions. Players who initiate transactions in a different currency may be subject to conversion charges applied by their payment provider.

4.3 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are published on the dd77 payments page and are subject to change. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay deposits: Credited within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits: Credited within 1–3 banking hours.
• Withdrawals (verified accounts): Processed within 1–3 hours for mobile wallet methods; bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

dd77 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account, in order to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 Refused Transactions

dd77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with a prohibited activity, or in breach of these Terms. Any funds associated with a refused transaction will be returned to the originating payment source.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

dd77 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses are non-cashable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• dd77 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., progressive jackpots or low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement — this will be specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dd77 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit, or exploiting technical errors to obtain unintended bonus credits. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and any winnings derived from such activity will be voided.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on dd77 are subject to the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time of placement. dd77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where material information was not available at the time of pricing. Void bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.

6.2 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on dd77 are offered on a best-efforts basis. Bets placed during periods of data latency or where a significant match event (wicket, goal, boundary) has already occurred but has not yet been reflected in the live feed may be subject to voiding at dd77's discretion. Players accept this risk inherent in live betting when placing in-play wagers.

6.3 Casino & Slots

All casino games on dd77, including live dealer tables and video slots, are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Play'n GO). In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the round will be resolved in accordance with the provider's published malfunction policy. dd77 does not accept liability for losses arising from third-party game provider malfunctions beyond the provider's own stated liability.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

dd77 may apply maximum single-bet winnings caps in the sportsbook and maximum withdrawal limits for casino jackpot wins. These limits are disclosed in the relevant product area of the platform. Winnings above the stated cap will be paid in instalments according to a schedule communicated to the player at the time of the win.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dd77 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and any outstanding balance subjected to a formal review prior to any release:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation;
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds of unknown or unlawful origin;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format;
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dd77 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the dd77 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of dd77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the dd77 platform without prior written consent from dd77.

The dd77 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, promotional materials, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dd77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or expected winnings;
• Loss of data or account access due to circumstances beyond dd77's reasonable control;
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Acts or omissions of third-party game providers or payment processors;
• Interruptions caused by internet service providers, mobile network operators, or device-level failures.

dd77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their dd77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dd77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your dd77 account at any time by submitting a written request to dd77 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Account Termination by dd77

dd77 may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; evidence of fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time frame; or receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring such action.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming law principles. In the event of any dispute between you and dd77 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Formal dispute resolution requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be acknowledged within 5 business days. dd77 will endeavour to provide a full written response within 28 days of receiving a complete dispute submission.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
